My uncle just brought a M&P pistol and is looking for some standard capacity mags. I'm shopping around for them but the forum members usually know whee to go. Who currently offers the best deal on them?

I've never tried aftermarket mags so cant comment on those, but when I've ordered S&W factory ones for a couple of my MP's i used Greg Cote and Gunmagwarehouse. Both had excellent service and solid pricing (at the time anyhow)

Quantico Tactical has S&W 17 round factory mags for $29.95, or 3 for $78.00.

Magcommander.com has the best price but they are out of stock. I don't know how that guy came up with cheaperthandirt, but CTD just may have the highest prices on the magazines. Looks like they did not drop prices back down after trump won. I cant recommend using a promag when oem mags are so close in price.

A hint when looking for gun related items is to find the manufacturer number and search for it in slickguns.com. it won't find you everything and a lot of times prices are wrong, but it us a good resource.

"That guy" posted the link. Still confused?

And which OEM mags are going for close to that price? Please post your link.

Well its simple either you buy the cheapest magazines available with quality not being a factor or you buy a magazine used for ten years by tens of thousand of people, firing tens of millions of rounds without any problems. But, yes, that guy, aldonis does have the line on the cheapest mags at 14.95 with the closest oem mags being at 23.99. Perhaps aldonis wI'll share his experience with the promag, because my personal experience with promag is terrible.
