A great man and wonderful orator,as was his cousin Gen. Douglas MacArthur.In fact Churchill,MacArthur and Roosevelt were cousins with a common American ancestor.

Without Churchill, I wonder if we wouldn't be speaking German. He certainly led England, and greatly influenced Roosevelt in the direction of the war. He was certainly a strong willed individual.
