Your Last meal of 2021

Excellent Swissburger and fries at the bar my bandmate owns, prior to our NYE gig there tonight.
Deliciousness as I set up my drums one last time in 2021.
Happy New Year, y'all!!

The bar had the traditional sauerkraut, etc., but I can't go near it.
Gets me to sounding like the testing dept. at Evinrude.

What? No pictures?

Can't believe I don't have a picture of my dinner! LOL

Tonight was a simple fried ham-steak, some lightly sauteed spinach, and a couple slices of tomato with salt, pepper, topped with a home-made mayonnaise. I did finish the night with a couple glasses of Teeling Whiskey out of Dublin, Ireland!

To all, a Happy New Year!

Stopped off at one of the meat shops in Boise for the best store bought jerky I have ever had. Ended up staring at prime grade Porter House steaks. Figured why not? End the year right.
Reverse seared to medium rare served with some roasted Brussels sprouts.
Today back to the usual day to day gruel.

You guys eat alot better then I do.
We were going to the mall and planned to eat at the food court but got there and found out the mall was closing early. We went to the drive thru at Popeye's instead. My wife got popcorn shrimp, I got chicken chunks. Not great food but they gave us more then the advertised number of pieces. I'm not sure if that was good customer service or a lack of math skills on the part of the kids working there.

Hubby and I just split a can of Progresso Beef Barley Soup.
Didn't have much appetite after getting a call in the morning, from the Dr. treating my cousin in the ICU for Covid.
