24# Butterball and when it hits the table it will be sporting oyster dressing on the side. A serving of mashed potatoes and gravy, some green bean casserole, and a slice of pumpkin pie. Wash it down with a cup of black coffee and then look out couch.;) What's on your menu?

I ordered a smoked turkey from one of the local BBQ places earlier this week. Mom will bake another, with her famous dressing. Mom's mashed potatoes, my Mexican corn casserole, pumpkin and pecan pie are other dishes that I know will be there, but there will be many others, as we all "bring a dish."

Nothing like The Bird and good old sho-nuff Southern style cornbread dressing, turnip greens, sweet tater souffle, butterbeans, cramberry sauce, sweet ice tea, coffee, and three or four different desserts. This is from last year.
