Good factory ammo for my 60-4 ?

Can anyone recommend good factory ammo for both self defense and wood walking/plinking/small game?

Speer 38 Special +P 135 Grain Gold Dot Hollow Points would do nicely.

Good ammunition for 60-4

For woodswalking/target I used 148 gr, full wadcutters (great for small game too). For a heavier load I use the 158 gr. SWHP load +P. Any 38 Spl ammunition in the 60-4 works great. Great gun!!!

That's good to know, as I'll probably have to pick up whatever I can find as most ammo is still in short supply in my area.

A good standard pressure load is Federals Nyclad 125 gr HP, and for a +P loading it's tough to be the previously recommended Speer 135 gr +P Gold Dot HP.
