I just sent my application as a non-resident to Utah. The application says to give them sixty days to process it. Anyone know what the actual process time is these days?

Thank you.

Mine was 42 days from the class to the receipt of the license.

I had to wait a few weeks after I took the class to mail it as the instructor had just taken the refresher class, and was still waiting for his stamp. Moment stamp came in, I sent out application. So I can expect the permit at the end of July.

Thank you.

Sent mine in 10/09 got it back 12/09. If they're backloged they won't officailly open the paperwork or process the payment for a bit. They've got a time limit that starts once they actually process the paperwork. But everyone I know got the permits back in about 60 days.

My payment hasn't been processed yet so the official clock hasn't started. Still, 60 days isn't bad since they are probably swamped with applications these days.

My Utah permit took about 45 days. My Arizona permit took 7 days!

I have been hearing the permit took anywhere from 45 days to 120 days. I guess it depends when the application was received, and how backed up they are.

I am more concerned with NV right now until that permit comes in. From what I understand it can take from 30 days to 120 days (shouldn't be more than 120), and that the local police is about a month behind in processing applications (they are starting May 11 applications now, and who knows how long it will take once they start processing the application).
