Well went to my LGS after 45FMJoe told me about a police turn ins from a local pd. I went and took a look at it and everything was sold. So I put a down payment on it and I should be able to pick her up at the end of the month. Super excited for my first wheel gun!

After you buy that SW revolver and shoot it you will never be happy again --with any other gun ! You went from not having any rev. to the BEST one. Out of all 15 Rev. i have -that one is a shooter !
Lots of good shooting !!!

I started out in LE with a 66, and later got a 686-1
My Brother fell in love with the 686, and after a couple of years I gave it to him, when I started carrying a 1911.
Now I have a 66 and want another 686.
I am sure you will enjoy your 686 as much as I did mine.
To me the 4" is a good size, and I want another one

Thanks guys. I have been on the look out for a 627 v-comp for about 2 years and every time I have money for one the deal falls thru so I finally gave in and decided on this one. I wanted a 686+ but beggers cant be choosers and at 520$ otd I couldnt resist.

I love 3-5 in barreled rev with full underlugs. If I ever buy anything other then a smith it would be a Ruger just so i could make some hot hand loads. But I do believe it will be a long time before I pick up another rev.

357 I saw about 5 or 6 of the 627 snubbies on arms list last week when looking for a v8 or v comp.

Are they under 1k? That 8 shot is a real nice gun and i would pay 1k all day long. Small enough to carry. I bought that gun for when i move back to N.Y. I know the gun laws are nuts up there and everyone is freaking out about the 7 or 8 rounds. I thought
about this and came up with a good idea. If i can only have 8 rounds --what can i do to have more?????
I hit that red button -that said -EASY....
What i did was buy a ankle holster for my 8 shot-357
i have a nice belt holster for my Wilson Combat X tac. Thats a total of
16 rounds. I'm not going to need more then that. Law states -No more then 8 rounds but doesn't say more then one gun....

Im waiting on a friend of mine to send me a knife he his making me and then Im going to try and get a set of matching grips for her. I will get pics up as soon as I pick her up.
