What was the last movie you saw, and did you like it?

Ringo, wouldn't have missed it and followed up with the Maltese Falcon

Me either. However, I did miss the Maltese Falcon asmy neighbors wanted to have a talk fest. Luckily,I have them all on Dvd from one of the Humphrey Bogart or James Cagney box sets I have. Also, Bogies version of The Maltese Falcon, is much much better than the original.

My two top Cagney / Bogart pictures.....1. Angels with Dirty Faces.
2. Casablanca ;)

Those are hard to beat. I cant even fathom what my favorite Cagney or Bogie movies are.? Its like trying tp pick an ultimate John Wayne favorite--impossible for me to do so.

The Roaring Twenties had both Cagney and Bogie in it.

Operation Crossbow.

I've probably seen it a dozen times over the years, and it's still a great WW2 movie.

Im familiar with the name of the movie. Is this the one with George Peppard in it? and has something to do with the Germans testing and producing the V1 and V2 rockets? Or am I way off base on this one?

Gracias. I thought so? The thing that attracted me to the movie--the parts I saw--was when ""Hanna Reich"" took over testing the V1 or v2--after many other test pilots were killed.

Ice station Zebra w/ Rock Hudson, Ernest Borgnine, Gerald S. O' Laughlin, Patrick McGoohan and Jim Brown. God I love that cold War movie.

Noah. Too weird. Thumbs down

This movie was an utter disappointment and an abomination. I watched it with the family last night thinking it would be a good, family-type movie to watch together. WRONG!!! I don't know about you, but to me, the Old Testament of the Bible is plenty entertaining enough without having to make it science fiction/fantasy. In this epic stinker of a movie, they manage to make Jennifer Connelly look ugly, allow Russell Crowe to sing a song (never a good idea), and manage to avoid using the name "God" even once (they substitute "The Creator" instead). There is absolutely nothing to recommend about this movie.

Regards,

Dave
