ACP Extractor

I have posted that I am looking for an ACP extractor for a cylinder I have. I have been thinking, since the extractor does not work on the case itself (no rim) could I get any extractor and machine it to .475 and call it good?

It would still have the central portion to push on the moon clips and even 45 AR case rims. Am I missing something?

When using moon clips, just about anything works. Probably any N frame extractor that fits the cylinder could be made to work.

That is what I was thinking. A Model 28 extractor is less $$$ than an ACP specific extractor.

Good news, an extractor has made its way to my shop. An ACP one, no less!
