I placed an order on the 1st of December, and it is still in the "processing" stage; I figured maybe 2 or 3 weeks maximum due to the time of year, but now I know I will NOT be getting my order until NEXT YEAR.
There is NO excuse for this type of service, if they are out or back ordered, let the customer know, but an item that they say is in stock, should not take a month to ship!

I spoke with them, and was told that they could not find the order. So I sent them a copy of my computer screen, and then I was told they somehow over looked it, and that it will take 10 days to process the order before it could be shipped, when I asked (POLITELY) if some thing is in stock why so long, I was told that "in stock" does not mean in 'their' stock. I have since cancelled the order.
