I picked up one several years ago.It really looked unfired. I don't believe it was ever carried. That is not a bad asking price.Saxon has one, and post pictures often.

27-2 or 28?

Not sure how many nickel Model 27-2s were sent to the FHP, but remember, there were only 25 nickel FHP Model 28s made and stamped "FHP #32" through "FHP #56 (S189071-S192687, 1959; according to SCSW). Could be more rare than you think. But definitely worth much more than $525, even if it's a little scratched up.
