    California Fires

The "Missing List" has grown to over 1,000 now. They are locating some people that didn't know they needed to report to the Sheriff as safe. My friend's son is part of a search crew and yes, sadly, they are sifting ash for remains. Many of the missing are over 80. This is going to take months...

Wyatt Burp and anyone here that knows the names of our members from Paradise, here is a list of the 600+ that are considered as missing. People are already being located from this published list. If you have information about someone on the list please call the Butte County Sheriff’s office at...

    California Fires

I fear it might take weeks to find all the deceased. People were trapped and running on foot anywhere they could. Many of the stories out of there are pure horror but there are many miracles as well of people being saved by others. There are a lot of wonderful volunteers going in every day to...

    California Fires

I spent a lot of time in Paradise growing up. We have a few members from there and I pray they are okay. I have several friends down south that have been evacuated or have family members that have been evacuated. Besides prayers, all I have are tears... it is horrific.

    My cat Timmy, gone

I am so sorry to hear about Timmy. It is even more difficult when something is sudden and you don't have much time to prepare. I am very sorry for your loss. My condolences to you and your wife.

It's easy Ordering Culina Grips from Blanks - step by step

We are glad that you like the grips you have. Mesquite is not easy to get in our area and cracks easily as it dries so best when hand selected. You are always welcome to send us a blank if you have access to the wood. Basic size requirement is 5.5"Lx3"Wx2"H. A photo of the wood beforehand...

    Moving

Moves are always stressful but driving a car with two freaked out cats for 8-9 hours is not going to be fun at all! Newt will meow non-stop even on anti-anxiety medication. Now that is stressful!

    Moving

Thank you, everyone, for your good wishes for our move. John wanted to be by the coast for fishing. He's got Salmon and Halibut on his mind! No place is perfect, but we are looking forward to so many positive new things!

    Moving

We are happy to announce that we will soon have a new home and state! Communication will be limited and slow until the middle of September. The shop will be moved in a few weeks and will not be up and running until early to mid-October. Email and my cell phone will stay the same. Shop address...

25-7 Matte Black smooth cylinder Price Check

That is a beautiful combo! Love that dark on dark look. That Cocobolo almost looks like the Brazilian Rosewood used in the early cokes. Very nice!

    1967 M15-2

That is a beautiful model 15! I think the grips look better in person than in the photo. I know the Olive was a creamy yellow which would contrast nicely with the blue but perhaps the yellow background is washing them out. The wood does get richer with age slowly too. Glad you like them and...

Need J RD Fan for Grip Tester

We sent out 10 tester grips to 7 people. Some people got two grips if they were an active firearm instructor or FFL dealer with several different models to test. The J grip has been the most difficult to design because there is a lot of fame size variance in the various models. We appreciate...

    MY GARDEN IS PROTECTED !

Good to hear that Drifter wasn't eating much of it. It did say cats can be deficient in vit E for other reasons but tuna was a high-risk factor. Could be the heat keeping Drifter in during the day. They get overheated just like us. If she is active at night that is a good sign, but I agree too...

    MY GARDEN IS PROTECTED !

Susie - Are you still feeding drifter canned Tuna? If so, you should consider stopping it. I had never heard of yellow fat disease and so I looked it up. Looks like too much unsaturated fat makes them lose vitamin E. Causes pain and inflammation and can be very serious. I am surprised your vet...

    Weed

We call that Horsetail. I don't know how it got that name since it doesn't look anything like a horsetail. People use it in planters around here and I never heard of it being an aggressive spreader but a quick search shows various articles on getting rid of it. One said pulling it out by the...

Need J RD Fan for Grip Tester

This is going to take me a bit to sort through and I have been short on time. I should be contacting people next week. I only have 4 grips right now but hopefully will have a few more in a couple weeks. Thank you! Jennifer

    Done with raising chickens....

My brother came home with about 5 chickens one day. My dad thought it would be a good project to keep him busy, even though we already had a lot of animals. We started going to chicken shows and got more and more chickens, all different breeds, some fancy some not. Several of them we won at...
