Recieved 1st ever order from Botach.!!!

ALL,

I received my order from Botach finally...picked it up Wed... didn't even think about opening it up until late last nite.!!!!

My 4 MP 15-22 mags that I ordered from Drunken Snipers post that morning are here...

Strangely enough, the mags in the bag... 4... DON'T even come close to fitting in my 15-22's.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received 4... new in bags... Beretta 92 17rd. 9mm mags.....

Now how in the ****... did the picker of the order think these were the correct mags... I am stumped.!!!!!!

Been trying to call the customer service # since this morn.!!!! NO LUCK... your on hold for 4-5 minutes then hung up on...

And so it goes.!!!!! SO MUCH for giving a business with a questionable reputation... the chance to pick up a new customer.!!!!

PS...Just Curious... has anybody else that ordered before they ran out of 15-22 Mags...had any problems...got their mag order correct.????

Mail was just delivered and I received the 4 mags I ordered from BOTACH on the 8th without a problem. I have ordered from them alot this last year and have never had any issues......

Pfffft, my order from Dec. 19th for an "in stock" EMag is still listed as pending in their system. No answers to my e-mails, phone calls, or "live" on-line assistance.

I ordered 3 of the 25 round 15-22 mags from them on Dec. 19, which was before they showed out of stock and then later appeared in stock at a higher price. I got them within a week. They are factory mags in a bag.

Tracking numbers are issued when a shipping label is printed. There is no correlation between this date and the actual shipping date.

That's a bummer. Unfortunately you're probably out of luck unless they kept a few aside. If you can't get a hold of them in a few days just report it you cc company.

Have ordered from there many times and have never had a problem. Ordered 2 mags on Tuesday the 8th, called on Wednesday the 9th to have shipping addressed changed and a person answered on the third ring and address was changed in 3minutes. Got my mags in on Tuesday the 15th no problem

I ordered 2 mags from Botach on the 8th, shown in stock. I emailed them on the 13th asking about my mags- said they are out of stock with no ETA. First and last time I'll ever deal with them.

Guess I was lucky, I ordered 3 25rnd mags on the 8th from Botach and had them by the 15th. No issues, and exactly what I ordered.

As I stated before, I ordered 14 25rd mags on about the 18th or 19th for 17.95 ea free shipping, and they soon pulled all rifle mags down for a couple of days and I finally saw my card charged 179.50 and received 10 on the 2nd or 3rd. NO explanation, NO B.O. no receipt. I know I was lucky to get any, I will NOT deal with them again

I ordered 3 15-22 mags on 1/9.... I have tried to reach them by phone, e-mail, live chat....NADA!!!! My order status has not changed, what is weird is the day I ordered them, there was a pending charge on my credit card and by the morning the next day...it was gone....I am not counting on getting them. This company sucks big time.

You can probably make a nice profit on the Beretta mags, especially since they're new in the wrapper. Don;t ever order from Botach. I never have, but there are WAY too many negative posts about them to make me trust them.
