.45 wadcutters not semiwadcutters

Anyone know who sells these. I'm thinking they would make a great SD load in my .45Colt Model 25

Penn Bullets has what you are looking for. I use Bob's 200 gr LSWC for bullseye and they are very consistent and accurate. Good prices and bulk USPS shipping.

.45 Caliber Bullets Available From Penn Bullets

.45 Caliber 225 Grain Full-Wadcutter Bevel Base
Standard Sizing - .452
Optional Sizing - .451, .454

The powder comapnies are always are good bet its hard data you can always confirm...I load but have not got a chronograph...I keep it in the powder companies data and I am carefull with my early models loading cowboy match rounds...nice and slow and very accurate...can see them sometimes displace the air....thats slow...I got a flare gun that all metal with wood grips and put a 45LC/.410 insert from cheaper then dirt...I saw it and had to try...not bad for one shot at a time...yeah I know crazy.

Matt's Bullets has a 240 grain 45 caliber HBWC

240 Grain Hollow Base Wadcutter (.452) [452-240-HBWC] - $14.25 : Matts Bullets

I have not used this particular projectile but I do load some of his other offerings.

Matt is a GREAT source for some hard to find lead slugs

Thank after almost 3 years he is still looking for them?

I might be now!!! This was an interesting thread to breath life into and bring to the top of the pile. I like odd bullets sometimes. And the Castboolits group buy keeps popping up with strange WC molds for everything besides the usual .358" which I did snap up one of those.

Penn recommends his 45 FULL WADCUTTERS FOR 45 LONG COLT,
to help fill up some case space.

Also for 45 Revolvers, VERY accurate per PENN.
.452 STANDARD
.451 and .454 OPTIONAL.
