Old Man Winter - seen driving through my neighborhood this morning
He finally got around to leaving a frost on the ground here this morning. It is the first of the year for us. Still it is only 37 degrees, but I expect we will get some colder weather before old man winter is through with us.

Unfortunately, he was only 45 when he died, having had serious health problems for a long time. But to do all this in 45 years! I've been here 60 and I haven't even gotten started good. Early death was rampant at this time, and TB took out a great number of accomplished people, many before they were 30 years old.
