108° projected today, currently 95° going to recce the laundry area for a level approach for PoGoGo.
Onward and upward...or downward...anyway forward into the future!
Geoff
Who is heading North tomorrow, and hopefully cooler weather.

Go for altitude! On the way to the Black Hills, we encountered 95° to 98°, on the way back it was high of 77°. Weather this time of year is as reliable as a politicians word ! 😕

Saw humidity vary from 14% to 80%, clear blue skies, to dark and rumbly !

First car I have seen that would look better in camouflage, perhaps even the dazzle camouflage?

Way back when, the construction company I worked for got cost conscious, CHEAP!!!, and bought several Renault Dauphin cars for the project managers! You could not get them to go 10 miles without breaking down. Parts and mechanics unavailable!

Of course with their size and non existent padding in the seats, the driver, not big enough for 2 American sized people, could not stand to be in them for 10 miles ! Definitely a LOSE, LOSE proposition ! Luckily I drove a pickup, you know the ones with 3 on the tree, clutch that was good for leg workout, heaven help you if caught in slow stop and go traffic, and if on site, or a rough road, you better keep your thumbs outside the steering wheel !

1965 Model in Desert Camo for your consideration:

Just remember that the sum of the interior angles of a regular polygon can be calculated by multiplying (n-2) by 180 where n is the # of sides of the polygon. Additionally, the sum of exterior angles of any regular polygon is always 360°. And finally, all interior and exterior angles of regular polygons are supplementary. I hope that helps, br![emoji12]

I cannot "like" this post.

Just pretend this is hwitty.

I feel a need for a lesson on Tangent-Tangent and Tangent-Secant angles coming on. The voices in my head demand it!![emoji12]

Voices in my head reject math anymore beyond fingers and toes, 10 & 20 total !

Go modern, there's apps for that ! 😊
Not even sure where my old trig math books are? Found my old HP calculator with plug in strips for survey problems, but the battery is dead, and do not even want to think about what one would cost if I could find one?

Back to drift serious? 😵

Does anybody look at clouds and see figures?
On the way back from the Hills, on Saturday the sky was full of clouds, what my wife and I call Simpson clouds. Perfect for imagining! Saw a big turtle, a dragon, a horse, and several blobs ! Wife took over driving, think she was a little worried ?
We were on S.D. 14 from Wall to Pierre, to Brookings where we spent the night. Nothing but prairie, occasional draw with trees, some ponds, lots of cows, occasional antelope, and could see forever! Only time we saw any other traffic was in the occasional small town, you know Pop. between 10 and 200. We crossed the railroad track several times, and once got got by a train of about 100 cars, so had to wait about 5 minutes. There were 2 cars behind us, and one pickup on the other side! You know heavy traffic, so the cloud watching was a good distraction! 😉 Beats texting ! 😱

I'm back. Delightfully hot and muggy today.
90 degrees and 57% humidity.
I'd still be out there but I had to get back before my wife came home.
I'm intending to drag her out for another mountain hike.

Be careful, snubby! The Mrs. could easily turn the tables on you.[emoji6]

Interesting!
Notice the recoilless rifle can't point forward?
And if it points backward, instant convertible !
Sideways as shown, a version of Jack and Jill ?

RATS! So not a lot of swivel action for the gun, eh? Well, there go my plans for picking one of these puppies up;I figured it would be perfect for Texas traffic...
