This thread is so big it takes twice as long as long to load up and there really isn't anything of value here. I keep searching and so far I haven't found anything definitive. Can someone please tell me why people keep posting here. The answer is here somewhere. Maybe tomorrow something will show up that will help me make some sense of all this.

Every time my cat takes a swipe at my little dog's nose she misses low and left. Should I replace the carpets with ones the cat won't loose her footing on or install better lighting? Does the constitution guarantee kitty the right to retract her claws into concealment without a permit? Should kitty be required to demonstrate she can shred a little dog's nose 70% of the time before she can apply for the permit or would that infringe on her 2nd Amendment rights? What about my natural right to install a triple 16" cannon turret on the bow of my canoe? If the Coast Guard objects how long will it take for the SCOTUS to rule in my favor?
