What's For Supper?

Homemade lasagne, everything except the store bought sauce! I buy the giant lasagna noodles and blanch them, I use 4 different cheeses.Ricotta, Parmesan, Coby, lots of Mozzarella! I'm NOT using meat this time. Grandson likes my cheese lasagna.

A bag of frozen peas, with a dab of, real butter. Slowly simmering while the lasagna cooks.

Fresh Texas toast that I'll broil on one side to get it crispy and then flip em over and put bits of real butter on the slices broil till golden brown.

I just finished the lasagna and it needs to bake about a hour. Just in time for wifey to get home. Maybe that'll put her in a better mood? I doubt it! but worth a try!

It takes awhile, but well worth the effort!

Yum Yum!!!!

Now, Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Monkey Dance Off!

I'm trying to wrap my melon around this one.

What a horrible thought.

Two days with no desire for beer. Maybe I should go see a doctor, but I feel fine? I think my body is transitioning from winter to spring and wants to drop a few pounds, it's supposed to be over 80 here by Friday. Time to transition away from heavy beers to lighter pilsners and wheat beers.

I like all music. I can listen to harg core Hank Sr to modern day Chris Stapleton. I can listen to good Gospel Music. Rhythm and Blues. It don't matter as long as it's good music. And catch myself listening to some new pop on my XM radio. Selena Gomez and yes, even girly man Beiber and Drake. I kinda draw the line at crazy Jazz? But old jazz, mis fine likebMuddy Waters.

Like I said, I like all music!
