Annoyed at thread drift

Good morning all! Must have been a calm night because didn't drift very far. Going to be another hot one today but I am getting more acclimated every day but still not 100% because we were very late getting up to our normal temps this year. Hope everyone has a good day,drift on.
 
Good morning and Happy Friday everybody! A real nice day shaping up here, nice and sunny and the temp right now is 60 degrees! :cool:
Getting ready to head out the door for my scan, the doctor wants to see what's growing up in my nose and sinuses? Trying to find the reason for this incessant drainage ? :rolleyes: I know one thing, if they go to far up they might find those other voices floating around ? either that or they'll puncture something and let the air out! :D
Well anyway had my coffee and time to run.....drift on and have a good day! ;)

Joining the ranks of the n'er do wells and doing a little vacation thing
with my XYL Mrs. Native. If I think about it I'll try to post a picture of
some feet in finely packed sands of Estero later.

Despite the ailments, dropped bottoms and flats I truly hope
all of you had the best week you could and a better weekend.

As noted by pawngal going to be a warm one today here in Iowa.
95° forecast and humidity already double what it was yesterday, 65% vs. 34% yesterday.
Nothing for rain forecast till Monday when it shows 40% to 50% chance ofthunderstorms through Thursday. Ah summer weather! 🌞

An oddity . First came to Iowa in 88, and noticed how little litter was seen on the highways. Especially compared to La. And Miss. Where we lived before. Now the litter is noticeable.😛 Wonder if this is everywhere now, more litter and trash?
 
Well the scan is done! Don't know what they've seen but I'm sure there were no treasures to be had! ;)
Such a beautiful day here, think it's time to have some lunch and I just might have to get the Corvette for a run! :cool:
First time thinking about it since I've had it serviced! ;)

We got our boots on and fixin' to go on an epic hike in the mountains.
First though, we gotta stop by the Post Office and pick up my Power Bars.
I'd take my camera and get some video but I just don't feel like it.

Kona Brewing, of Nashville, TN (Should have read the label before sticking it in the mix-six-pack) Longboard Island Lager. A light American pale lager. Bottles sold on the mainland are produced by brewers in OR, WA, TN, and NJ. Get the rope.

Plain old American style lager, perfect for a hot day in Houston. ABV of 4.6%. Better than Miller High Life, but I could have bought a 12 pack of MHL at a different store for less than what I paid for the mix-six-pack. I only bought one bottle of Longboard, it is good, so now I can say I have tried it and would buy it again if it was on sale for a good price.

Man those pics of cold beers sure look good and I am not a big beer guy but it is really hot today! We are getting a pretty good afternoon shower right now so maybe that will cool me off a little. About a quarter inch or so but that is pretty normal for here this time of the year,temperature sucks the moisture off of the Gulf and we get an afternoon downpour. Drift on! Rain gauge is now up to 3/4 inch and it is still coming! Not what we needed as none of it can soak in because the ground is still saturated.

Would bring the Kona back from Hawaii when my daughter lived out on Oahu, just a six pack at a time stuffed in the luggage! :D Three trips out there by various family members and we always bought the beer back! :cool:
That was way before it found its way to the east coast.
Really liked the ale! ;)

Now fun times over, I have to go out and wash the Vette before I put it away, gives me an excuse to drink another beer when I'm done! ;)

Safely penetrated the wilds of Maryland, where 55 signs mean like 80 plus to the locals. Washington area traffic is bad at 0600 escaped to the wilds of Pennsylvania. Bucktail RV resort for a time. Heading for NY to meet wife's kin. Wife is exhausted and so am I, she says hi and good night!

I found out my insurance called and they want $1,000 upfront for my knee injection juice. I found the loaded synergies loaded for $52 online ?. I need three.

I told the misses to cancel it and buy me $1,000 worth of JACK DANIELS, lmao, kidding.

My last pair of kind-of red, white, and blue, superhero sort of shoes needs to be euthanized. I am devastated. I'm breaking in these new Mizuno Wave Creation things, but they are too bouncy. Young folks may enjoy bouncy, but my joints are too old for it. I keep a stable of stability shoes on hand, but hate loosing a pair. I really like Brooks and Mizuno brands of running shoes. I have $20 in discounts and a $75 gift card on hand, and am going shopping for a new member of the herd tomorrow.

I can think of few things i despise more than a
