Very sad day for our country! Prayers for Dallas and police officers everywhere.

The news is so bad today that hopefully the media will realize what a monster they have created. Our politicians have not helped. Prayer is needed for the entire country but our police forces everywhere need them especially. Drift on,stay alert,be safe.

A good man keeping a brave front while sweating the load. Picked up on a strange vibe similar to what I felt while Ma in Law was in the hospital for a few days last week. There was a lackadaisical feeling I did not care for but the spooky part was nearly every female from the nurses to the registrar was slim, short, olive skinned with long dark hair.
Still don't know what to make of that but all ended well with MIL.
So very glad at the new of the wise and wonderful Candi's outlook.
Has not been below 80 down here since some rain fell a week or so ago.
My sweat soaked shirts become uncomfortable enough after a few minutes in the A/C I need to go back outside.
Mustard and onions for me. If someone likes ketchup on their dogs that's OK. Put some cat hair and toenail clippings on there too, there is no accounting or no need for excuses regarding personal taste.

Up and at'em folks, another Friday has drifted upon us. So HAPPY FRIDAY! It's 78 degrees in the desert this morning going to 100+ later this afternoon.
Prayers sent out for the folks in Dallas this morning as things just seem to steadily go downhill for our great country. I just wonder where it will end.

There's supposed to be one of those anti-police protest marches in Phoenix today I hope they don't start shooting out here like they did in Dallas. I have to go to town this morning myself but I won't be where the march takes place so I'm not worried about my safety as far as that goes.

Not very good commentary coming out of Dallas this morning! Very saddened by this turn of events!
My thoughts and prayers to the Dallas PD and to the members and their families of the ones that were lost!
When is this ever going to end?
Going into Granddaughter Day 4,,,,She's still asleep! Gives pop time to have his coffee and read his paper!
She was really tired after last nights pool swim! but she enjoys it! 
I dared the thought of another grandchild coming along and the day she's going to have to share her best buddy pop and nanny! 
but I guess she's going to have to learn to deal with it, but she will always be my bestest bud!
Temps are rising already and maybe we will be taking in a movie to stay out of the heat. Probably go see that new picture, Secret Life of Pets.
No progress on the deck yesterday, I guess the guys decided they needed a day off from the heat! And I can't blame them for that!
Well time for more coffee and time to go check the pool!

Slept late, or was it the AZ UT time change? Travel is enlightening, I've invented many new curses for the fool in the mini-van who passed on a curve, barley missed my front end and force the oncoming Dodge to swerve. Actually, only a couple of terrifying incidents caused by drivers, the others are caused by bad roads and sudden winds.

I don't know why someone that enjoys ketchup on a hotdog would also enjoy toe nail clippings & cat hair on their dog(personal experience by that poster?)but maybe that poster would also enjoy other cat products on a hotdog, which I won't mention here to avoid another ding.
Loaded has many meanings!

Perhaps the referenced mini-van driver me was loaded another way?

Well thar's your problem.Clear evidence of emu activity this morning. They are trying to disable our finest 4x4 pursuit vehicles.
Got my boots on. We're gettin' ready for our hike.

Not my truck. Speaks highly of the security at the self-storage facility, since it was parked right in front of the office and manager's quarters.
