Anybody like oysters?

Onlyest kind we got is Rocky Mountain Oysters.

They're good too if you know how to cook'em.

Heck yeah!

One of my all time favorite meals, after a big sale, me and my pals had gin martinis, raw oysters, and cheeseburgers for lunch. Call me a Philistine --( "Philistine!," there, did it for ya!) -- but it was mighty good!

Good raw oysters the French way... with a little red wine vinegar and finely chopped shallot.

Red or hot sauce covers up the taste of fresh good ones.

Raw, fried, steamed, stew. Bring em on. Prefer those Chincoteaque Tom's Cove oysters but good ole Chesapeake Bay will do. My son in law oyster dives in the winter and we get plenty of them.

I love raw oysters but unfortunately when the medicos removed my spleen, there went raw oysters too. Now all I can do is read what you guys are writing, and I m-i-s-s them!

The best way to eat oysters.
At the duck camp outside on the cleaning table-empty out the sack, grab your knife, shuck, two drops of Tabasco sauce on them and down the hatch-repeat as necessary. Beer or scotch in a tall glass on the side. The experience is enhanced by the faint aroma of Yard Guard that is periodically sprayed to keep the skeeters at bay:D
