Federal Champion 9mm 100 count $19.97 Walmart

They were in stock at my walmart today. I got 2 boxes because I just got a 1000 rd case - 9mm Luger Aguila 124 grain FMJ ammo for 197.80 w/ $16.00 shipping. It's a little more than the Federal but I can always get it.

I prefer the 124gr ammo but I can not pass up that deal at Walmart. Even if it isn't my preferred weight. They had a total of 10 boxes in stock when I got there.
It is really good ammo. Before I switched to the 124 FMJ I would buy all they had any time I was there.

I've never even seen the 9mm 100's. Now and then the local walmart will have the 100 .40s, but never the 9s...

It's all I will ever buy. The Walmart stores around here call me the "ammo man".

It shoots well and is priced well - what more can you say? Buy some ammo cans and stock up. I got 2500 rounds last week from one store. After that last price increase I decided I may as well. It gets used :)

Just got last two boxes of the 9mm 100's my nearest store had this morning. They also have several boxes of the 550 22 value boxes, got one of those for my M&P22.

I never go to WalMart without checking for the Federal Value Packs. It's all I've been using since they came out a Year or two ago.

They took it offline for a while to redo the packaging. Originally, they had two small boxes of 50 rounds each (10 rounds per layer?). Now they use just the outer box with layer separators (20 rounds per layer?)

I've always preferred WalMart Federal to WWB. Better uniformity in cases and better QC (IMO).

FYI... I've heard Wal-Mart has no policy governing a limit on ammo purchased. This is a in store rule that is not enforceable if you ask to speak to the manager and ask him to show you the policy that spells out an ammo purchase limit.

If they do pull that limited box purchase game. Just do like we do. Get the limit and take it out to the car and go back in and get more a couple times. After all,it is a new purchase.

The 9mm has been around long enough and it is not a myth.

Here is the new deal and even harder to find at Walmart.
And of course it is not a myth either.
Fed 45ACP 100ct for $25.97+ tax.

nmm at my local wallmart is like searching for bigfoot. It is never in stock unless it is the $11.99+/50 variety. Of the 20+ times I have checked out local stores I have found one 100box and one 200 box, the cheap 100 and 200 packs are always out of stock. Plus that 9.99 turns into 10.97 after taxes..

I just gave up and started using palmetto arms. $10.99/box in stock all the time, free shipping.. I will be reloading very soon, price drops to under $7.00/box that way.

Picked up 3 boxes (all they had) at my local WM yesterday. Never saw it before and my jaw dropped when they rang it up at $25.97. The only thing that sucks is it is small primer .45 brass, still reloadable, but you'll have to separate it from your other .45 brass.

I was in a small town with the old small type WM today, and they actually had some of the Federal 100 round 9mm.

First time I have been able to find it!

i pick the $19.97 100 rd 9mm ammo when ever I can. i have 3 walmartsaround me and its a game of chance. one rep told me once when they just got a few cases in that it would be gone by in a few hours

Interesting that so many people have a hard time getting this ammo. Im at Columbia MO and we have only three Walmarts and my usual walmart doesnt have it the clerk will go "hey bud you want me to check our other walmarts in town? and i say "why i would appreciate that that Sir/young lady" and in a matter of a few seconds he says the one on Broadway has 17 of them, i Smile and say life is good my friend :D:D:D

Im not sure why our three walmarts always seem to have them. If one doesnt the other one does and they always seem to have plenty. i always check my walmart and only twice have they been down to 2 or 3 boxes but they have been completly out several times with the other two walmarts picking up the slack

Hopefully they see demand is high at your walmart and start to order more to keep up with the demand. Has anybody though about asking the manager politely to order more or request more to be shipped to his store? i would but im lucky that i dont have to.

Anyone buying Tulammo from Wally's? I found 50 rds. for under $10 yesterday.
Ugh... That cheap, Dirty Poly-Coated crud isn't worth the few pennies you'll save.
(just my opinion of it... SOME have no problems at all)

went to wally world looking for this deal today (it would take a deal to get me there, i hate the place) no luck with the 100rnd federal but they did have plenty of the remington UMC 115 in the 250 box for 59.57, this is the ammo I usually shoot and at = 11.91 per 50 i'll take it!

I've never had a problem finding it in stock. Usually the WWB 100 round bulk is sold out. I've bought several times in 200 - 500 rounds leaving some boxes on the shelf. I've bought and fired some of the Tula as well with no problems with it or the Federal Champion but the price difference is tiny and there's brass left from the FC.

Finally after searching for the last 3 weeks found a walmart that had three boxes in stock. Ill admit the hunt for the ammo was kinda fun. I ended up buying one 100 round WWB every store I went to looking for the Federal 100 round boxes. I now have close to 1000 rounds of 9mm.
