I would guess that I have the "illness" almost as bad as you (not quite, but almost).
You all have seen my 625-6 .45 ACP Model of 1989 5" many times but you have never seen my 625-8 JM Special. We will correct that now

The two 625's are my most shot revolvers. These days I have slowed a bit but still manage to shoot 5000-7500 rounds of .45 ACP/.45 Auto Rim a year. It is certainly outdoor shooting season around here. It is a sunny 74 degrees as I write this.
S&W certainly hit a "home run" with these revolvers. They are right up there with the best.
