Glock blowup today

Would it actually make any difference if it were titled "Smith or Springer Blows Up?"

The competitor happened to be shooting a Glock?

This is exactly correct. I used the headline to draw attention to the real problem....faulty handloads.

At least when Glocks blow up people don't get hurt and they're fairly inexpensive to replace.

The handloader is quite confident it was his mistake. USPSA shooters load the .40 to make major power factor using a small amount of TiteGroup. It's fairly easy to not notice a double charge in the case.
