"Ten bowling pins are dead and two are seriously wounded in a shootout that lasted for three straight hours. Authorities estimate that over 400 shots were fired as four heavily armed gunmen opened fire on a family of innocent bowling pins."
Seriously though, I don't think I have ever had so much fun with a firearm in all my life.
I taught my wife (as well as a friend's wife) grip, stance, and trigger control, and the results were spectacular! They were dropping pins like crazy, and having a ball.
I even improved my rusty skills and began dropping pins with rapid fire.
I even tried the dual-pistol gig again, alternating between left and right, as fast as I could cock and aim. I ended up with 9 hits out of 12 shots.
All of our shooting was with our $140 Model 10s.
God Bless you S&W....
Is there a nicer shooting gun out there??? Not for THAT price. Heck, I have plenty of $$ left for ammo. Once we get a few thousand rounds of empty brass, the reloading shall commence.
Does anyone have a good recipe for reloads?? I'd like to stick with 158 grain lead round-nose. Which brand of powder (and how many grains) and which primers will replicate the factory loads' performance??
