Has Anyone Received Their Ammo & Mag Loader??

I finally received email confirmation mine was sent out and should be here Friday. Almost exactly 3 months from the time it went up on milano's site, 12 weeks as described in the rebate. Entered Sept17 and will receive Dec15.

Hhenry,
I would suggest you get a hold of them if you haven't to be sure all your info is correct. My name was up on the site within 2 weeks. Also people say to put only name and zip to check, wrong.. If I put only my last name and zip it doesn't show anything. I enter all fields and it shows every time. So for those who have been checking it that way and seeing nothing try putting all info on the Milano site. All fields help determine a match. That way if you and the other 12,000 Mr. Smith's or Johnstons all shop at your local gun "O" rama and all enter for the same rebate, it won't say, hey this guy just entered his info 11,999 other times and kick out a, "no result found".

This my first post, I won a M&P 2.0 in July, sent in the paperwork by mail last part of August. Today I received text from Fed Ex they had a package I had to sign for. Mags, ammo and re loader came. Actually the reloader works pretty good, but I already had a lulu. Tom

Nothing like free stuff to go with a free gun, I won mine as well in a raffle. I was so jacked, had money saved for it so I went and got the M&P15-22 as well. My 2 favorite guns to date, shoot em all the time.

My M&P 2.0 is in FDE and I was happy to see my mags had the correct color base plates. Long wait but worth it. Thanks S&W.

Mine would have been hear yesterday except Fedex messed up.

Milano must either wait until they have all rebates for a particular product and process them all at once or have been waiting for some component to come in before sending them out. I submitted mine at the end of September while others have been waiting a month longer.

I hope I get the correct flush fitting 15 round magazines for my 2.0 compact.

Fedex gave me the option of sending the package to a nearby Walgreens instead of staying home to sign for it. The tracking says it went back to the Fedex depot because I was not home to sign for it. There was no note on my door and my video camera/doorbell did not see a Fedex driver. The Walgreens is open 24/7 and did not get the package either. My best guess is the driver was running late due to the holiday rush, wanted to go home and marked the package as undeliverable without trying. Hopefully I will get it today. I have had similar problems with Fedex in the past. Their overnight service works well but I am not impressed with their other options. When I ship something USPS and UPS seem to both do a better job.

As I stated in an earlier post I purchased a 2.0 FDE on 8/24, register d by snail mail and Milano showed they received it as a valid submission on 9/15. Received the package containing the mags, ammo, and loader at 12:00 pm today from Fed Ex. Had to sign for it and prove I was over 21. Needed to see photo I'd. I'm 73! I now have my anticipated rebate. Well, sort of anticipated. I didn't buy the gun for the rebate. Didn't even know about it until after the sale.

I emailed S&W December 9th and S&W responded with this on December 11

Dear Bob,
We would like to thank you for your e-mail and contacting Smith & Wesson / Thompson Center.

This promotion has been very well received and more people than first anticipated have taken advantage of this great deal. Because of this, the rebate company is a bit behind schedule processing all of these entries.

The rebate is currently running around 12 weeks from the entry date shown on the website.

It takes the rebate company around 8 weeks to get entries processed. Until then, your entry will not be visible.

You can check with them to validate your entry and rebate status.

Our Rebates are processed by Milanos Rebate Company. For inquires related to receipt or status of a submission, you will need to contact them for further assistance at 866-963-7933.

If you cannot get through to them and get a message like "the inbox is full", or a busy signal, this means that their phone queue is full and they cannot accept anymore calls at this time. We would suggest that you either press "0" to be put back in line or hang up and try calling right back.

Do not leave a message.

Their phones have been over loaded due to the over whelming response we have had to this promotion.

There is a way to validate your entry online but due to how the process works, it can take around 8 weeks for your information to show up. You can use the link below to check your status.

Please leave the phone number and dealer fields blank. I was informed that there is a glitch on the page.

..all of which I was aware of. I submitted my rebate online August 2nd. I finally got FedEx notification on December 12 one day after S&W's response with no follow up action on my part with Milanos Rebate Company delivery projected for Monday December 18.

That's 139 days, one day shy of 20 weeks.

Submitted my paperwork 9/25, received my rebate box today. Just short of 3 month's! Way to go S&W. I'm now 3 for 3 and waiting for another rebate that doesn't include another mag loader, just$$$ off the net price!

Fedex came through. I got 17 round magazines instead of the 15 round compact magazines I was hoping for. It looked like there is a one size fits all rebate box for M&P 2.0s with color being the only option.

12 weeks from entry date shown on website? If that's the case, I got 6 more weeks to go yet... It will be 12 weeks tomorrow since I submitted it. I wonder if less common models take longer. Mine is for a M&P 45 in FDE.

Sent from my keyboard using my fingers.

No, should be 12 weeks after they received it. I had to send my info in, as the SN was not recognized on the online rebate form. And it has never shown up on Milano. But they have it in their system as accepted on 8/31/17. And they tell me the order has been placed in their system for the stuff, but still waiting on mags. So 14-15 weeks for me now, and still counting.

You received 17 round magazines for a 2.0 Compact? If that's what I receive, I'll be quite disappointed.

Finally picked mine up yesterday after a bit of a hassle with FedEd
Never got an email from FedEx saying it was coming
Driver tried two deliveries and left the little delivery attmepted slips stuck on the side of my house near the garage door... never saw them... ugh
And the second one my 20 year and 10 month old son was home and they wouldn't let him sign for it...so I had to arrange for it to be delivered to a local FedEx office. That took an extra day. But I finally got it it at least...

I submitted mine on 8/25, and it still doesn't show up on Milano's site. What makes it suck even more is that while most of the country was getting the mag loader, etc., CT and a handful of other states were still getting the $75 rebate. I'm guessing that's $75 I'm never going to see.

I would have bought my Shield even without the rebate, but still...

Yes, I received 17 round magazines for the 2.0 compact and I was disappointed too.

Just got my rebate today. Submitted in beginning of September, Showed up on Milano website as being accepted 9/29.

I also was sent the full size mags. Even the paperwork showed "M&P 2.0 Rebate" not "M&P 2.0 Compact Rebate".

It's hard to be too upset since technically it's "free stuff", but I'm still pretty disappointed. I would have easily waited longer if it meant getting the compact mags...I was hoping to start using it for IDPA where a third mag is necessary on some stages...guess that'll have to wait til the 15 rounders become available at normal retail outlets.

The offer said:

"Purchase any NEW qualifying* M&P® Full Size, M&P® Compact, or M&P SHIELD® Pistol and get 2 magazines, 2 boxes of ammo and a mag charger.
* Centerfire M&P® full size pistol, M&P® compact pistol or M&P SHIELD® pistol."

So, sending a 17 round magazine for a gun that comes with 15 round magazines is reasonable? Why not just send us Shield magazines? Those are even cheaper and more readily available.

Now you know why the gun came with two magazines sleeves to fit full-size magazines.

I got mine after about 14 weeks. Of course it came while we were out of town so i had to go to FedEx to pick it up and sign for it.

I'm pretty handy and very pistol savvy, and i'd love to watch a video of a normal human being loading an M&P mag with the piece of dirt contraption they send as a mag loader!

12 weeks today. I don't think I'll bother checking for updates anymore until next year. Got 2 10s and a 14 rounder and plenty of ammo, so no big deal really.
