How long should it take to get a reply?

I sent a check along with a request for information on my Smith and Wesson revolver. Mailed it January 28. My check was cashed about the third week in February. Still no reply.

Last one I did took about 4 months, but that was before the moratorium so they could catch up on the backlog. Should be a little quicker now.

Sent my payment for two letters via PayPal on January 25…. Still waiting.

The funny thing is, I am a A/C contractor. If we don't give a same day reply or same day repair we get hit with negative Google reviews. Meanwhile the best time estimate I get to remodel my pool is six months.Waiting these days is par for the course

How many repair requests do you get in one day, 5, 6 or more. You do them quick, but wrong, just so you can say you did them. I wish we could work as fast as you.
