How long until S&W has an answer to the Sig P365?

if sig gets their head out of their tushy and actually fixes the P365 issues, I'll get one. Kind of like the original P938 where it had all sorts of problems, but got fixed after a few years.

My Sig P365 functions just like my Shields only with more rounds. I am one of the lucky many. I bought mine with a May 2018 build date. It feeds on anything I feed it like a hungry shark. It is very accurate. It handles recoil extremely well. It throws spent casings at about 3:30 about 6 to 8 feet every time. I have zero complaints. This is a very nice compact 9mm with an excellent trigger, excellent sights and excellent capacity for its size. Like I said, it operates just like all of my Shields except that it holds more rounds and is more compact.

I handled a 365 today, really liked the size, and the feel of the grip, it was a lot smaller than my M&P9c, and just about as many rounds....I'd buy one!

Went out to shoot my new 2.0 compact yesterday and also brought my P365 and Glock 43. The P365 now has 1600 trouble free rounds. The gun is a joy to shoot and very accurate. It was noticeably more comfortable to shoot than the Glock 43.

I'm an M&P Shield fan and currently own 4 but the Sig has them beat in size and capacity. I prefer pocket carry and the Shield barely fits this role due to it's size. Smith needs to hurry up and come out with a P365 "killer" because I'll definitely buy one.

Is this a Ford vs Chevy kind of thing? I don't get it. I own more S&W's than any other brand of pistol. I also own a Sig P365. My Shield is a great pistol, but it is much larger than the P365. The P365 has a better trigger and much better sights. It carries and conceals like a dream. I'm still a S&W fan, but Sig has done something with the P365 that is truly amazing.

I hope S&W is working on something to compete with the P365. I will buy one. But, for the time being, there isn't anything out there that matches the P365 for size, capacity, concealability, trigger or sights. The package Sig put together in the P365 is terrific.
