How Much Coffee and Tea Do You Drink?

If we have ice tea in a bottle in the house I will drink one or two glasses at lunch time.

If the ice tea is in a 12 pack in aluminum cans I will have one can at lunch time.

I have had only one cup of coffee since my grandpa passed away, I have not touched the stuff since.

I have only had one of drink hot tea in my life never again!

Usually a pot in the morning then maybe another as the day goes along. A Dr friend told me he used to think coffee cause a lot of bad health effects, but has decided it mostly just makes your hands a bit shaky.

I only drink 2 mugs a day, (however that mug holds 3 cups).

Two large cups of coffee from the brewer in the mornings (San Francisco Fog Chaser).
Then ice tea the rest of the day, barely sweetened.

Love coffee but only drink it rarely now since it gives me heartburn. Super high octane stuff gives me the jitters, especially on an empty stomach.

Usually I'll grab a red bull or something similar. Not as rough on my stomach... or bladder.

A pot by 5AM, regularly during the day and a cup if I can't sleep.

My favorite mug holds 24 ounces, when it's gone I'm done drinking coffee for the day.

Not so much coffee, but have increased recently my coffee consumption during my night shifts.

My downfall is Monster drink. Usually two a day for me.

3 cups of Earl Grey in the morning. But If I'm busy only one.

Stopped all coffee about two years ago after a bout with either terrible flu or borderline pneumonia. Was sick for about two weeks and didn't want any coffee at all. Afterwards the urge to drink it never returned. WHY I now drink tea.

Talk about saving some money! No more $4 lattes at Starschmucks.

About 1/2 a pot in the morning. Then a Monster around 1400.

About 14 cups of very stout Caribou Blend from 0600 to 2100 each day. Black.
