How much did you pay for your M&P Shield?

$260 is what I paid for my Shield 9.

Traded a gentleman a Marlin Pre-Safety .30-30 straight across for the NIB Shield. I bought the Marlin for $260.

:)

$344.99 plus tax, price matched from KY Gun Co. at Gander Mountain.

$355 Shipped from Kentucky Gun Co. It was an extra $10 because they charge a 3% credit card fee... + $22 for transfer = $377

Thanks for posting; that's great to know. I didn't know that Gander Mountain will price-match a website. Our local Gander Mountain has Shields in the glass case for MSRP.

PSA shows still one at 360, but as i've never bought one online i cant speak for any add'l fees.

Smith & Wesson M&P SHIELD 9mm 180021

and I agree good to know Gander will match pricing; i dont have one here but will be moving back to WI soon and will be real close to a nice store up there.... and nothing wrong with saving some coin lol

$570 plus tax = 630 out the door. That included a Viridian Green Laser with the holster.

Ray Oherron in IL normally has them for Law Enforcement at 380 out the door. They had a 4th of July sale and i paid 309 for mine, but alas its alteady on the way back to S&W. Lol story of my life

Here's the Gander Mountain price match police from their site. Read the last paragraph.

KYGUNCO is considered a LGS where I'm at so Gander priced matched them like they would any LGS. Not sure what their policy states, but my local Gander has matched both my gun purchases to KYGUNCO and several of my friends gun purchases. <shrug> I'm not going to correct them.

$369 Quantico Tactical

These guys are great to deal with. If you have it shipped it is an additional $25 and then your FFL fee but they are awesome. I just bought my 9c from them. $485 with trijicon night sights and three magazines with $50 mail in rebate (military).

They are always running promotions, or deals, so it is worth it to get on their mailing list.

Trick me once!!

I'm waiting for the LE edition to be released. If the pricing structure holds true to the rest of the M&P line, the Shield LE should sell for $315 and include an extra magazine. :D

Wonder what the break even price is? Makes one wonder if these things are so cheap they are dangerous. Ive got both the 9 and just bought the 40, never been fired, now i see all these 40 problems I'm afraid to shoot it. Stupid me, I should have checked before instead of after. But Hey, that's the way I (blind trust in a well known company) operate, you'd think a 65 y/o, old fart would have learned by now. I keep forgetting we are living in the age of greed and desertion (Cash is King), guess S&W has fallen victim. Anyway after reading this young mans venture I've got my last S&W.
