Hypothetical: You are going into a gunfight - what handgun do you take - No reloads!

Depends on the number of bad guys. One or two bad guys = Colt 1911 45ACP. A gang of bad guys = Glock 17 with extended mag.

I am assuming I don't have any info about what I am about to step into. I guess any of my .45's, bigger bullets make bigger holes. M&P 45, Sig P220, S&W 1911 or S&W 625. If there are more than six I guess I am in trouble regardless of what I am carrying.

Just proud to see that the 38 Super was not left out. With Cor Bon 125gr JHP and other JHP rounds this is really a wicked little round in my opinion and a joy to carry in a Commander. If you doubt it do some water test and look for yourself.

I wonder how many on this thread have the same guns listed on the "what do you carry most" thread. If they are not close to the same, why not?

As much as I love my customized CS45 for daily carry,

If I know it is going to happen then I don't have to go into it with the gun concealed. I am going to take my Beretta 96G, 40S&W, 12+1, NP3 with night sights. Both guns have proven absolutely reliable but I am a bit better with the Beretta at longer range.

My hi-cap handgun - Model 39 with a 9-round magazine. The most rounds of any handgun I've got - all the rest are 5 or 6 rounders!
