Decided to get out the house for a bit and check out my local Cabelas and Gander Mountain. Before anything had to stop off at my favorite hot dog joint(Yesterdog) and grab a couple of cheddar dogs.
Browsing the gun library in Cabelas and saw this old 15-2 sitting at the back of the case with a $399 price tag attached. Then I noticed they had $40 off any used guns priced $350 and over. As I was checking out the girl also added $25 Cabelas bucks which brought the price down even more. Still haven't worked that one out, I just smiled and said nothing. Also picked up 100 rounds of .22 and left $364.20 lighter :)

The gun does show signs of being carried and holster wear, but the bore and cylinder are both shiny. I'm guessing carried often shot little. Also so strange stampings, never seen an "X" stamped on any of my guns.

Went out Christmas shopping for the wife and came back with this. Oh well still a few days left.

Very nice, I have been looking for one of those lately.

IMHO you have one fine gun. Ever notice how much easier it is hit your target with one of these? I honestly wonder how much progress was made in the move to combat tupperware.

Congratulations on the purchase as the model 15 is a great revolver
