Sometime during the morning of October 28, 2021, my wife of 47 years passed on in her sleep at home. She had been in hospice care for 13 days after the doctors said she was too far gone for a liver transplant.

I am devastated, but life goes on. I have my children, grandchildren, my granddaughter's husband, brother, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews and their families. I have my wife's brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and cousins.

Kiss those dearest to you and hold them close. God bless.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I can't even begin to fathom the pain you must be feeling. I hope you and your family will lean on each other to gather comfort and strength.

You will be in our thoughts and prayers as the days pass. It sounds like you have a strong supportive family and we thank God for that and for the joy you and your wife shared for almost half a century.

Sincere condolences; very sorry to hear of your loss ............ Prayers sent for you and your family to find peace and comfort in the days ahead. God Bless.
