Whoa!!!! Sounds like NY of all places makes things somewhat easy for permit holders. Got my permit in 1990. Good until revoked…….. as of 2013 they do require you to go online and re certify which guns are on your permit every five yrs

But wasn't it NY that made getting a permit almost impossible until SCOTUS forced them to change the process last year?
And wasn't it NY that turned right around after the SCOTUS decision and passed a new law that declared virtually every public space is a "sensitive area" where concealed carry is prohibited?
None of that sounds like making it easy for concealed carry permit holders to me.
Or am I confusing NY with some other state?
