If you're curious, I know Tapco makes one. The bottom cap comes out and you can put the bipod in. Relatively cheap.

It looks identical but the seller seems to have raised the price to $9ish now...it works well, spring loaded legs with a button up near the rail. It clamps to my weaver rail on the forend just fine.

Hi Folks!
I had a great day at the range with my M&P 15-22...
The greatness had nothing to do with the gun's accuracy. (And it is very accurate.) Or with the cool flashlight. (Which is mounted with a FAB holder.) Or with the Minox scope. (Which, I admit, is overkill.) Or with the Magpul BAD. (Which you can hardly see, but is the only truly necessary mod I made.)
The greatness has to do with the fact that a couple of dads and a couple of their sons drifted by and were fascinated by the gun. So first I let the dads shoot it. They were fascinated. And once I got to the point where I felt confident in their judgment of their own kids. I let the sons shoot.
They had an absolute blast, and from an offhand position, they were regularly hitting a rolling target ball about 25 yards away.
And thus, new riflemen are made.

Finally got some goodies on.. And thanks to you guys for inspiring the Crayola Craft time madness. i think the end result looks way nicer in my hands than all the pics i could ever search online. I went w Grey to blend w the FG. and chose not to RED the FIRE because i feel like I can READ just fine and i personally think it throws it off.

Got bored!
Just finished up a restore on an old .22 and after some suggestions, I waxed the barrel and loved the results. While cleaning the 15-22 today, I said what the heck and broke out the Johnson's Floor Wax. Not a huge difference, but IMO, I like it much better then the beaded finish on the 15-22. I'm doubt if I'll ever find myself in a stealth tactical mission with the 15-22, so I don't care a whole lot about the subdued finish. Anyway, I'm pleased with the results after two coats.

I just got my MOE version in black a week ago Friday, and also my first post here.
I also own a Colt AR15 that I have tricked out, and I am pleased that the MOE version looks almost identical to my Colt AR15.
I picked up the Grip Pod for the M&P since I have one on my AR15, got a nice two point sling same as my AR15, and I picked up the Strike Fire red/green dot scope from the place that has modded my AR15.
Have not shot it yet, but I am heading to a local indoor range later this morning to try it out.
I bought 500 rounds of the Federal American Eagle ammo in 40 grain to try out, and I will see if the range has some CCI Mini Mags to try out too.
Here are a few pics, and also of my Colt next to it.
Yes, I know the sling is on backwards for this photo
I threw it on in a hurry, but it is all adjusted now.
Pretty excited about shooting this, as about the only place I can shoot my 5.56 is in the mountains.
Now I will have to shift through this thread to look at all the pics, and catch up on some reading.
Been watching a lot of the YouTube videos on this rifle too.

just a primary arms 3x and an ergo grip. Crazy accurate and fun as all hell. My favorite rifle to shoot. I want a fake can on it. Someone had one with some machined dots on it here a while back. Anyone know where I can find something like that?
