M&P 15-22 Picture Thread

Nordic Components Small diameter handgurard. I think it is 1.62" diameter. There website states it is made for dedicated 22 uppers with no gas tube. I really like it. It allows me to get my hand out farther and it's light, weighing in at 10oz.

Ths for the info/reply

Gun and knive show here last weekend! Had to add a NcStar 3-9x40 scope and MOE stock! No complaints on scope, but probally be putting the PA M4 red dot back on before long. Liking the MOE stock a bunch. No rattle or slop at all! As you can tell, I'm partial to all black. Gonna do the lettering as soon as I find the black crayons.;)

Question for ya....

We get asked all the time if the paracord slings we make will mount to different type stocks. We use webbing on the ends of the sling to make them adjustable and for different mount option changes.....

The question I have is....have you tried using just the webbing on the stock end of your rifle? I was just "scratchin' my head trying to figure out the paracord loop".....if there's a reason, I'm interested.....but the webbing should fit through the hole in the stock, just didn't know if you thought about that way.

Finally...

I have been trolling this site for days, weeks, months, and now over a year... Over a thousand rounds through, not a single FTF. Finally set up with everything I wanted:
Magpul MBUS
Hogue grip
UTG and Magpul XTM rail covers
NcStar 3-9x Scope w/integrated laser
UTG riser
Grip pods grip w/integrated bipod
UTG Drop attachment w/torch

Well, I am reserving my opinion on it until I take it out to the range. I ended up going with the Rangefinder reticle (seemed like I would get more use out of with with bullet drop compensator on a 3-9 powered scope). The weight of the scope is nice, love the rubberized feel/look, the flip up/down covers are cheap feeling but work fine.

I've been thinking of getting one of them and I'm thinking the rangefinder reticule looks like the best choice too.

I took a few more shots of my M&Ps 15, 15-22, 22 and 9. Randy from Apex is working on a locking block upgrade that is suppose to increase the dwell time which may help the 9mm accuracy a bit. I'm looking forward to that. Anyhow, found these cheap little weapon lights on ebay, aim compact 150 lumen new gen lcd. Was skeptical, read the handful of reviews I could find and a couple of videos. It didn't fly apart in the demos so I thought I'd give it a try. Was looking at surefire but for the very little use it would get, hard to justify. PA M3, couldn't justify another Aimpoint. Got a knockoff rds cover. It's not an aimpoint, don't want to pretend it is.

MP15: troy trx, battlecomp 1.0, aimpoint pro, magpul ctr, plus grip, troy battle sights, bcm mod 4 gunfighter charge handle. I'm done with these builds. The MP15-22 has been a lot of fun. Shots from the studio, sorry for the high res..:)

Thanks!

Thanks guys. Blue Lizzard, I checked out some of your pics and really like your set-up. Love the studio as well. I want to get a Spikes CAR-1 soon and a couple of other things, but I think I am soon done with the mods as I like the setup I have now. By the way, i've had this gun for like a week and painted and added everything. Thought I would take my time but, you know how it is, once you get started.....

Alot of great looking "addictions" on this forum :)

Here's mine:
-Truglo 4x 32mm Illuminated Mil-Dot on 1" riser
-Magpul AFG
-...much more to come?
