It looks like one of those plastic air guns with the orange flash hider. What lead to you doing that?
I thought the whole point of putting a brightly colored tip on a toy gun was to help the police differentiate between a toy & the real deal. I can't imagine having such a tip on a rifle and would think the police would not appreciate that.
To help prevent the dangers posed by toy guns, federal law requires fake guns to be transparent, brightly colored, or have a bright orange tip at the end of the barrel.
