I know the frame sizes are different but can the barrels from a 27 and 19 be swapped? If its evewn possible, would it be a factory appearing transition point from frame to barrel or would it look like bubba has his way with it?

The thread sizes are different. I don’t have the exact numbers handy, but the N frame is substantially bigger.
Barrel thread:
J = .500" x 36
K = .540" x 36
L = .562" x 36
N = .670" x 36
