When was your order placed, Mobilecommand? I have orders from 12/17/2013 and 12/30/2013 that are still showing as "Waiting For Items" on the MidwayUSA site.

I ordered the mini mags before I ordered the Winchester and the date on the Winchester was 11/8/2013

I called Midway to check on any improvement in availabilty of CCI .22 ammo and to ask if my backorder would ever be filled. The reply was yes, it would be filled but when was impossible to say. I specifically asked if backorders would be deleted after one year. The response was "not on any of the .22 backorders"
Last friday Midway sent the first communication on my backorder (5000 round case CCI 40 gr. placed 11/14/2013)
It was almost useless, your backorder is this... and it will be delivered...we don't have a clue. But at least there is an acknowldgement of the order and some indication it will be filled...eventually...maybe

For the same email. But, I've gotten a couple of those before for this same order (placed early 2014).
some people's backorders were deleted just after the first of this year. I was one of them and it was an oct. 2013 order date. one of the many reasons I check them last when I wanting something. I live 160 miles from them and it always takes 3-4 days after shipment to get to me.
Case of what?

I just went to my Midway account and check my status for the same thing. Says it's still an active backorder, CC info is up to date, no notifications or emails for me though. Backordered 11/10/13

I got mine in today as well..
The only thing that sucks is that over half of my boxes are cracked from UPS i assume...

I was hopeful that Midway would ship my case of Mini Mags soon, after mobilecommand and 15Krounds posted their orders were filled.
My order date is 11/14/2014, just a few days later than their dates of 11/8/2014 and 11/10/2014.
So far, no email notification and my backorder at Midway is still tagged as unknown delivery. OK, people are ahead of me on the order list.
I find it odd that Midway sent out a "product notification" that 100 round boxes of Mini Mags are (were) in stock and that they took and filled orders with that new inventory instead of fulfilling my year old backorder. Those 100 round boxes are shipped in cases of 5000.
I will see what good a phone call to Midway does. Maybe next shipment.

Got curious so logged on to Midway and saw that my order for Winchester M-22 from right at a year ago is "processed". Hopefully that means it will soon move to "shipped".

I just received an e-mail from MidwayUSA stating that my three backorders from November 2013 have been cancelled. Here's what the message says...
"We're very sorry, but because we have been notified by our vendor that availablity within the next 12 months is unlikely, the backordered products listed below have been cancelled:
Aguila SSS Sniper Subsonic
CCI Short Range Green
Winchester 42 Max

Midway just cancelled my backorder after a year for a case of mini mags, if your on the waiting list expect an email too. YMMV

I too received a cancellation notice from MidwayUSA on my over one year backorder of CCI Mini-Mag ammo.
I called the customer "support" line and was basically told that I'm screwed. I asked why my order is cancelled and was told that CCI notified MidwayUSA that they will not be able to supply them any .22 ammo in the next 12 months.
I told the Midway rep that statement made no sense, I receive notifications from Midway saying they have CCI ammo in stock to sell to new customers, but yet they refuse to fulfill my backorder.
I will never place an order with MidwayUSA again.
