Midway 22lr backorders recieved

So it looks like those of us that placed 5k rd (case) orders for CCI mini mags back late 13' are still without, but I keep getting emails about my back order and keeping my cc up to date, any others get that email?

Just got one in the last couple hours.
I hadn't logged into their site in awhile, but did last night after looking at this thread. Not sure if that triggered the email or was just a coincidence.
I think you may be right, cajunfirehawk. When I talked with them earlier this week, the rep checked expected delivery of my 5k cases of solid and hollowpoint MiniMags. Although it can change, he said sometime around October/November.
I just received my second email this month from midway stating that they still have it, my CC is up to date, unknown delivery. My order was placed 12/18/13. Be Safe,

I see that Mini-mags in both solids and HP are available on the MidwayUSA site today. I used the live chat on the MidwayUSA site and the representative said that they are not available in the larger quantities (cases) that are in my backorder, but are available in the 100-count boxes. Since I've never seen an ammo manufacturer ship 22LR ammo other than in cases, I asked if backorders would be shipped before new sales would be filled. The representative seemed to not understand that concept. I also pointed out that the larger quantity SKUs didn't exist anymore, as the links from the backordered items point to the smaller quantities, so I was worried that they just weren't making the connections between the backorders for cases and the 100-count boxes available for new orders on the website that had to come to Midway in cases.
I'm going to wait a couple days to see if my backorder ships, but if it doesn't I'm going to call in to find out if they are actually going to fulfill more backorders.

Also waiting on a case ordered on 11-13-13.

Thanks for putting their feet to the fire. I'll be mighty ticked if they sell our cases off 100 round box by 100 round box instead of honoring our back orders.
There was a guy on rimfirecentral that said he recently received his case from Midway. So who knows???

I just canceled my order of 5K mini mags from Dec 2013. I'm leaving the 2k rounds of M22 and 5250 case of Federal bulk. My .22's shoot the cheaper stuff just fine and I have been able to get enough to not care about the mini-mag back order.

Same here. Ordered on 12/26/13 and have heard nothing. Thankfully, I got a good amount by following the .22lr links in this forum. I'd still like the back order because the price quoted was pretty good.

I backordered a case of Mini Mag solids on 11/19/13 and a case of Mini Mag hollow points on 11/21/13. I'm still waiting. They've had smaller quantities come and go on the website, but AFAIK no cases. Puzzling as I assume all Mini Mags arrive in case lots. Gotta wonder how (or if) they're filling those case-sized backorders.

Midway notified me my backorders in .22 ammo were available last week and would ship soon. 1575 rd ammo box of Fiochi 40g HV, 1000 rd of Win M-22 and 500 rd of 40g CCI MiniMag. They shipped last week and will be delivered today.

Sometime in the early spring I think. I did get them all by the way. The Fiochi appear to all intends and purposes to be CCI MiniMags with a different brand mark on the bottom of the case (the ammo is made in the USA not Italy either). Bullets themselves are definitely CCI-MM I just don't know about the powder as I have not shot any of them yet. The ammo can comes with 3 525 rd bulk boxes.

I have a case of these on order (5000) and when I click on my midway backorder link it now goes to a 1600 round pack of them instead of the case. Im hoping I still have the case on backorder.

I have been seeing 22 ammo at my local Gander Mountain and Dick's Sporting Goods for quite some time now. It has not been flying off the shelves either. I think people are not willing to pay the high prices anymore. Also just to let you guys know, Federal American Eagle 50 round boxes are now 40 round boxes. Be careful when looking at the box and not assume it is 50. About a month ago the guy at Dick's pointed that out to me.

Just got shipping confirmation on 5000 rounds minimags. 330.98 shipped so that was 18.99 in shipping charges
