I listened to him today and he is passionate about veterans care. I think he would do good in turning things around.
Very common sense and down to earth and screw the BS, just get it done!
I like it.

Isn't he the guy on TV pushing the high-interest payday loans to poor people with bad credit?

Yeah, he's a real stand up guy. We need a guy like that running the VA. Go in with a back ache and come out missing an arm and a leg. :o

No, I'm not kidding. I just thought that someone who is actually pissed off about the situation would be a good thing. But, then, what do I know?

Not an aviator. Cryptologist and intel. I don't know about being discovered for anything. He was Marines then Navy.
I did not intend this to be an ad for Montel Williams. Just liked what he had to say about vets and their treatment.

Just where was he when people were not getting appointments, not getting their meds, being denied care and matter of fact where were all of these politicians jumping on the bandwagon. I can guarantee they knew of the problems. Thing is it wasn't the cause of the day. They didn't feel it was important enough to bother with.

The guy for the job is Jim Webb former Marine, VA. senator and Sec. of the Navy. He's setting on the fence right now trying to decide on running for president. He said he didn't want the job but he's done more for vets than just about anyone in the last 10 years.

Vet rights and care is a good topic.
Politics is not.

Too bad some are unable to discuss vet rights only......
