"New" Tuff Products "Pocket-Roo" Snub Holster...

Hello. For several months now, I have been using a Tuff Products' pocket holster exclusively. This has not been difficult in the least as the holster "works" extremely well for me. I especially appreciate the design's "pouch" for their "QuickStrip". It consistently holds a reloading strip in the same position, which allows for a relatively quick reload with practice. If interested, here's more-detailed information on the "Pocket-Roo" holster:

Since that was written, this design has been altered slightly so that it fits Ruger's new LCR snub as well as the ever popular J-Frame line from Smith & Wesson.

If you happen to be interested in this change or in another possible choice for pocket carry, here are some personal observations on this newest version of Tuff Products' Pocket-Roo snub revolver holster:

Stephen, we don't see you enough around here. Thanks as usual. Before you started this thread I was completely unaware of this product. It's now on my short list if I ever need another PH. Last saturday I was looking at holsters in a local gunshop and noticed that Uncle Mike's PHs are now made in Vietnam. I have an older one that I use for my P3AT and when replacement time comes Uncle mike will not get the nod. Looking at the photos in your write up, I saw that the Pocket Roo is made in the United States. Now all you need to tell me is that the Pocket Roo is machine washable like the Uncle Mike's and the deal is sealed.

Hello. Mr. Natt Stevens responded and advised me that he had never machine-washed one of their holsters but that he would do so and report back on the results. When he lets me know the results, I'll post them here.

He said that using soap, water and a rag or sponge was fine and just let the holster dry.

Update: Mr. Stevens emailed me that he had machine-washed a holster and dried it off with a towel; no problems.
