Well it seems that the new gun laws work both ways. You can't sell without the background check nor can you donate without background check!! I wished the Colorado sheriff planned to have a school bus to hold all of the "donors" who were probihited from possessing a firearm!!

After consulting Deputy County Attorney Dea Wheeler, Pelle had concluded earlier that as long as members of Together Colorado passed required background checks, it would be legal for them to purchase firearms at the August buyback.

Quite a few of the people I associate with in my fellowship have some pretty sketchy past lives. Wonder how many of that "faith based" organization would be prohibited persons?

And would those people make that whole organization "prohibited?

Not really. If they had let that proceed, they would have "got guns off the street" along with getting some bad guys off the street.

Maybe they have a shortage of jail cells.
