I was a waiter in a popular steakhouse in N. Phoenix during college. I waited on her table. There were four people, the only other one I remember was Phil Harris, who was a regular customer.
She wore one of those loose, scoop necked embroidered cotton Mexican peasant style dresses that were popular then and well, being that I was standing and she was sitting when I served her her dinner and me being like 19 or 20 well you know....
