Random Object Photographs

Took my drone out for a little while today. Had my first close encounter with a bird. It's on the right side of the second picture.

Aggravated the little lake lizard some too. I'm not sure if it was curious or looking for a meal.

So I’m walking through Sportsman Warehouse.
Of course they have coolers!
Then I see this one.
It Can also multitask as a bath -spa.
Probably need a Griz to move it.

Some of you may recognize this. My Father took basic at Great Lakes in time for the Korean War. He ended up squad leader, got his choice of training and settled on aerographer school, finished first in his class and had a good choice of billets. He did his service at Lakehurst, NJ and Moffett Field, CA.

A Lt. Commander at Moffett took Dad under his "wing" and explained the GI Bill and the value of an education. Mom was pretty happy he didn't want to cut meat for the rest of their lives! He was the first faculty member inducted into the "Wall of Fame" at the high school I attended where he was the long-time chair of the social studies & history department.

A few years ago an online catalogue had these cafeteria trays for sale and I just couldn't resist although they obviously date from sometime after my Dad was there.
