Here’s my only SAA. Its from 1916, not far from Patton’s. His went on to glory, mine lived a rougher life which included an unfortunate meeting with a pair of vise grips, a trip to Joe Bob’s bumper chrome shop, and a lot of shooting without much cleaning. But our meeting was auspicious as it was $800 and I had a pocket full of government travel money that would otherwise have been wasted on bills, food, or shoes for the kids.
Its ugly but it shoots. I’d letter it but I’d have to filp a coin to see which serial number to use.
