ANyone bought from this place lately? I ordered some HST's from them and they are on backorder, wondering how long it would be.

IMO they are the best ones to ask, try writing them and asking. It's been a while since I bought from them.

emailed them and they told me 14-16 months before they could fill my order.

Most ammo orders from LE suppliers are taking 6 to 12 months.

I ordered some .38 Spl 135 gr Gold Dots from them last year. At the time, they were the only place that even listed the ammo with a backorder. It took several months to get the ammo--I don't remember how long but it seemed like a VERY long time. In the meantime, I found some from another source for less money so I ended up with a good supply.

We have had trouble getting orders quickly from Streichers in the last couple years but they do supply nearly all the LE in the area. They are as good as anyone. Between the war and Obamaphobia ammunition has been hard to find anywhere.

I've bought several boxes from Streichers/Policehq.com recently. 9mm 2ea, Speer Gold Dot LE and Federal Hydra Shok LE. They've been in stock and shipped quickly.

Think "back order", be patient and it will eventually come. Otherwise, "plan B" is an outstanding idea.
