OK, even I think this one is ripe for a joke: A Ruski politician is demanding the return of Alaska...and part of California.

Congress gives him a standing ovation but the U.S. and NATO stand firm and turn him down on a "no fly zone," the only thing IMHO, that can prevent an eventual victory by Putin.
But Putin has nukes - we are still afraid is the clear message.
Right response or not, what do we think?
Oh yes, Zelensky's already given Putin the no joining NATO promise Putin wanted so badly.
It occurs to me that while we shovel other military aid into Ukraine we are, while accepting an eventual Russian victory, USING the people of Ukraine to damage the Russian military, weaken Putin's resolve to restore Russia to its former greatness and make it less likely that he will attack a NATO country.
Out of sheer exhaustion the Russians will have to pause. NATO could be just buying some time, at the expense of thousands of dead Ukrainians and the destruction of a sovereign state.
Nevertheless, if I lived in one of the three Baltic states, I'd have a suitcase packed and ready to go.
Has anyone watched the Oliver Stone documentary on Youtube called Ukraine on Fire?

We need to SUCKER PUNCH Russia before they sucker punch us.
I for one am concerned that Russia has 6,400 nukes and missile superiority. I'm also concerned their are parties on both sides indicating they are up for a nuclear exchange.
My understanding is if that nuclear exchange were to take place 290 million people in America would be dead in minutes.
