Tuff I Tuck holster

OK. Here's my experience with Tuff iTuck holster:

This was worn with jean and a Desantis Eco belt with a fleece over a t-shirt underneath.

I have tried this at 12, 1-2, 3 o'clock.

It was comfortable to have the Shield with CT laser with two different mag sizes.
I had issue with drawing the weapon like in the video; some how it got stuck/jam when the pouch sit beneath the belt line at "time". I think, due to the Shield weight and size which cause the jam because it dropped or lower itself down farther.

There was no issue with Sig P238 with no laser.

IMO: It work best with any .380 ACP due to smaller size compare to 9mm Shield.
It felt heavier at initial holster but does go away.
Even with my Nexus 5 in the front pouch; it feel "ODD" to have it as appendix carry, as this is my first time.

Holster:
@ 1-2 o'clock - Comfortable to walk; however not great driving, sitting, bending over to pick up things.

@ 12 o'clock - due to the deep and low hanging pouch; it's a bit "uncomfortable" as barrel does come in contact with Jimmy.

@ 3pm, it is impossible to draw due to hip bone.

In the end, it is a comfortable holster but with Position Limited to from 10 to 2 o'clock for right and left handed. I have not tried 4-6 o'clock because I think it is not designed for back carry. You require two hands to operate this holster; one hand to rip of the velcro and pull upward to expose your pistol; while the other hand to grab the pistol.

See attached photos for more info. on my finding.

Thanks for the info and pics!! I was interested in getting for my bodyguard 380. Seems to be the consensus, it's better for bugs.

LCP 380. This was an upgrade from the Beretta.

The second one came in today. I had my LCP with me. It fits just fine. The phone part is not quite right, it looks like it would hold a much thicker phone.

So I took it home, and immediatly tried to see just what fits. J frame 637 with 2" barrel, no sweat. 3" J with target stocks? YUP, just tuck it a little lower to keep the grip from sticking out of my pants.

I even tried my 3.5" Colt Officers model. It fit in the holster, but I could not comfortably fit it on me. Too much of a bulge and the gun has to sit below my belt line to keep the grip concealed.

Today I pick up a new 2.5" bulldog (44 special) and will see how that fits.

Pictures have been done well already.

I think they are nice holsters. Right now i prefer the smaller one for my LCP and I used it all week. This is far more comfortable than the Kydex one I had custom made for my BG-38 that I no longer have.

I picked up the bulldog. 5 shot 44 special. Fits perfect. I went in the mens room at the gun shop and put my 44 in the holster. Came back out and asked my son if he could see it. He said looks like a phone holder.

The phone holder on this one is different. You could put a couple speed loaders in there if you wanted. Its not flat and the bottom is curved.

I called to ask about that, they said they are redesigning the size 11 to be like it. Its an improvement. Only to them.
I drove to work with my 637 in the holster. This may be the most comfortable IWB ever for me.
I drove home from the gun shop with the 44 in the holster at 4:00 position. Comfortable. The conceal is best. I try not to carry my phone on me, I would crush it. It sure looks normal even with no phone.

The metal clasp holds my jeans with out a belt so I can pull the gun out. Its a much longer pull with the 44 than the LCP. Without a belt, pull really hard and I have the whole thing in my hand. With a belt, not a chance.

Maybe I could put my LCP in the phone holder and have a NY reload.
