Dropping barometric pressure causes joint pain. Buy 500 count, 200 mg ibuprofen at WallyMart. Follow the weather report. Approaching storms, cold front, low pressure -- take 2 pills before bed, take 2 more when you get up. If discomfort continues take 2 more. My orthopedic surgeon friend told me 8 per day was limit. Check with your doctor if you have other medical problems.

Time for 2 pills.

What a bunch of wusses. I will be 80 in two months and still shoot competition. Sure I get a tweak now and then when I am getting out of my easy chair but all in all I am doing just fine. Part of it is good genes and part of it is just doing what you want to do. I have had my share of surgeries and such but I am not about to lay down and die.

God only made a few perfect heads. The rest, he put hair on.
Also, age is only mind over matter. If you don't mind, then it don't matter. Growing up, I always heard the phrase, life begins again at 40, but they don't tell you it begins falling apart. I will turn 70 in June. I hurt my back in an 1967, and worked until july 2003, when I was put on disability. I have various other injuries and ailments. I am constantly in pain, and just have to deal with it.
I find that most young people nowadays, have to take time off if they just get a hangnail.
Just grin and bear it folks. things will work out with GODS help.

As I've continued to follow this thread with my fellow "older" forum members, I just realized something. I've got more hair on my ears than l do on the top of my head!
